Who is eligible?
If you are a Council Tax-paying resident of Montpelier Square then you are entitled to one key per household. Your postal address must be ‘Montpelier Square’.
Costs
There is a non-refundable administrative charge of £100 per key. The key remains the property of the Montpelier Square Garden Committee. Short term tenants must pay an additional, refundable, deposit of £575, to guarantee against damage or loss of key.
Application Process
Please download and complete the key request form. Then post the completed form together with a copy of a recent Council Tax bill in your name and a cheque payable to ‘Montpelier Square Garden Committee’ through the letter box of Number 26. Email for more information.
